Find the silver lining in things and you will increase your overall happiness. Stop your negative thought patterns (like worrying, self-judgment and fear). These thoughts will keep you miserable and you will stop yourself from being happy. Refocus your thoughts when you are being negative and try to be more positive. • Social media can have a negative effect on our happiness. Take breaks from checking social media and you will get a boost in your happiness. • Speak to others as you wish to be spoken to.
